1. Sending your meeting specifications and needs information via fax to all Marshall facilities for response: directly to you, or to the CVB Sales Manager for compilation into a bid booklet.
2. Preparing customized bid books for you or for presentations to your site committee or board of directors. Bid books contain information about Marshall, including services, hotel proposals, and more, that you need to make an informed decision.
3. For multiple hotel and Marshall Civic Center conventions, the Marshall Convention & Visitors Bureau staff will make presentations to your board, general membership or selection committees.
4. Scheduling of and accompaniment on-site inspections.
5. Supplying you with collateral and promotional materials such as brochures and digital photography
